"Lowest interest rate, with fastest closing time (5-10 days), in all the homes I have bought so far and this is my fourth home purchase !! Excellent support from Brian, Laura and Michael. They answered all my questions satisfactorily, usually in matter of minutes. On occasions I needed to speak with Brian or Laura, I was always able to speak with them over the phone each time. Never had to call back. Buying a house at this time (April-May 2021) in California is nothing short of blood sport.
