"Solely a review on the ATM. Worst one ever! Constantly rejects deposits, malfunctioned with my card inside once and had to get a new one. Now tonight it ate up my deposit and did not deposit it into my account. I now have to deal with calling around for help so I can get my own damn money back. I find it hard to believe y’all can’t put up a working ATM?"

"My family have been members for many decades back when it was Rockwell Credit Union. I always got personable service, attention and real tellers I could talk to. I don’t particularly like the new location from Erwin, but I manage. I miss the old fashioned way of walking up to a teller, but the minute I walk in, I’m greeted nicely and guided to a member or video ATM. Roy Ponce has helped me a number of times with professional and kind service. The upgrades on their website have improved a lot over the years. Yes, there are growing pains in the changes over the years, but I still wouldn’t trade it for the generic bank. I get personal service whenever I need help. A phone call if I made a drastic online change that alerts them. And still feel I am a member who is valued over a B of A nobody! Thanks FPCU for being there for my family."
