"The drivers are very helpful. Although using google maps to route plan, can be confusing w actual time schedule. With roadwork, events, etc. But I guess that would be a gimmie, yeah?"

"I am very frustrated at this bus company. If I could give zero stars I would. I work at Cache Creek Casino. About 3 times a week or so, there's a Hispanic male driver J****. He is very rude and nasty to the workers and passengers of Cache Creek alike. Today, like many other evenings, he is gambling and waits to the last minute to open the bus 215 doors. Meanwhile, we're all freezing and angry that he doesn't give a d@mn about anyone but himself. My coworkers and I call yolobus customer service almost every night. And the female operator that picked up the phone today, acted like she could care less, since she's in her warm office, while we're getting frostbite on our hands and feet. The Caucasian male driver who drives on alternate nights, on the other hand is hospitable and friendly and let's us in early. So that we won't catch a cold in these harsh winter nights. I hope things change soon, but knowing yolobus, hell will freeze over first! Thanks for nothing yolobus. I hope SacRT takes over soon."

"If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Yolobus has a posted schedule online and at the bus stops. However, the schedules online DO NOT match up with the posted schedules at the bus stops. Also, the 42A never comes at the designated time. I arrive TWENTY minutes before the bus is scheduled to be there, but guess what, the bus already passed THIRTY minutes BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME. How can we plan our work, meetings, classes, days, weeks, or lives around a bus schedule that is completely ignored? Yolobus, please do better for us all."
