"Poor customer service! We came in September 22, 2023 and spoke with office manager Anjana to make an appointment and give insurance information. She said everything was fine with Medicaid and forward health. the appointment was for October 6 at 9 AM. We Late afternoon October 5 ANJANA called to say that Capitol physical therapy was not in net work for the patient., So we waited for almost 2 weeks to get this information back and now we have to start all over again. The patient is in pain and unable to work. This delay is not appreciated and unprofessional. The customer service provided by. The office manager was very poor. Do not recommend. Perhaps Capitol physical therapy is growing too fast."
