"I have been going to this clinic since they were in the first location. Since Covid, things have really gone downhill. It is nearly impossible to get in for anything unless you call 6 months ahead of time and you will likely get better treatment at urgent care. Called last week to get a strep test done and was met with an extremely rude receptionist on the phone who didn't even let me finish what I was saying before she interrupted me to say "we have no appointments today. Nothing." Had she let me finish, she would have know I didn't need or want to see a doctor but was just wondering if a nurse was available to give the test. This is not the first time I've had an issue like this over the phone and it seems to be the same receptionist every single time. I get if you're having a bad day, but maybe this isn't the job for you if you treat patients like this. I try to only go to the doctor as a last resort and had been dealing with this issue for over a week. Between the receptionists and the doctors not listening, I will be moving on to another healthcare provider which is unfortunate due to the relationships I've developed with some of the providers at this location."

"My first visit here was excellent! Being I could walk here makes it more convenient. Trying to book a follow up appointment or trying to get an appointment, seems impossible. The options I have are to wait at least two weeks or go to urgent care! Smh"

"Had an eye exam here thinking my insurance was valid/active. Awful communication, they didn’t ask for my insurance information or tell me it wasn’t active until after my visit, now my out of pocket cost for a basic routine eye exam is $494. Ridiculous, will never come back here."

"I don't understand how anyone could give this clinic less than 5 stars. I have been going to this clinic on and off for the last 20 years and have always received nothing but the best care. The staff who have been there for any amount of time know me by name, and I don't go in that often so I feel that says a lot. They are dedicated to finding solutions to their patients problems and truly care about how their patients are doing. Some changes in recent years in ownership (SSM) have maybe affected some things but when it comes down to it, the doctors, PA, nurses are all wonderful, I would highly recommend this clinic, especially Barb Schlittler who is the PA I typically see and Dr. Ranum who my husband sees. I moved last year and wait until I am visiting family in the area to see the doctors here rather than in my new location whenever possible."
