"Took my first and last trip with Eleet. The driver that picked me up had no mask on! Why did I have to tell him?Transporting vulnerable patients that should be a no brainer. My first trip out of isolation was scary. As I waited to be picked up for my return home I noticed other companies dropping off patients wearing mask and gloves! Disinfecting the inside of your van is not cleaning just the floor! I will never ride with this company again."
"Eleet transportation has proven to be a irresponsible transportation company. They have been late to pick up my client on at least 5 appointments. They neglected to pick her up after droppng her off to a appointment in Alpine . She eneded up having to take a 3-hour bus ride home. Why she keep giving them chances is beyond me! Maybe they overbook their time slots but whatever the case may be don't entrust your love ones to their care."
