Reddaway

"My home depot order has been sitting in Reddaway's San Diego warehouse since September 30th. Today is Oct 5th and they have not yet bothered to deliver it to my local Home Depot store. I check their status every morning and nothing moves! Their customer service phone line is completely non-responsive. Nobody ever picks up!"

"As a shipper/receiver this company is mediocre. The drivers are great.. but the company continues store our products that get damaged as they are loaded into trailers and have these drivers delivery them. Not cool"

"Terrible delivery service and their management is the reason why. I ordered two kayaks from Costco and they were delivered by Reddaway. The delivery driver decided to drag the brand new kayak from his truck to my driveway causing deep scratches along the bottom because of the asphalt. I called Reddaway and "Gary" I think he said his name is said " I dont know how else a driver is supposed to deliver a kayak. We deliver hundreds of these and they are big and awkward." Really "Gary" you work for a large delivery company and you guys deliver hundreds of Kayaks and yet you have never thought of maybe using a wheeled cart or something else so that you dont damage peoples brand new items? It is just laziness in utter disregard for the property you are supposed to carefully deliver. Disgusting attitude."

"Tried scheduling a simple pickup and was told a truck would be out in the AM. I called after lunch and was told it would be scheduled soon. Then i called again and they said they wouldn't be able to do it until the next day. So, I guess I'm missing another day of work... The extra 2 stars are because George, second shift warehouse manager, was easy to work with and helped me drop it off for shipment. Not sure if I'll still be charged for pickup??"

"the customer service is the worst at this company. It takes 30 minutes to schedule a pickup and you're arguing with someone in the Philippines in a military phonetic alphabet. How many Pallets? Whats a pallets sir can you please spell that P as in Pappa A as in Alpha L as in lima L as in Lima E as in Echo T as in Tango This is the is just a second of how this company communicates. Its a shame because some of the veteran drivers do a good job but now with this company milking every last dollar with YRC in charge its a big waste of money and time."
