"I started seeing doctors at this clinic two years ago. Their appointments were always a few weeks out, which was fine, but now the appointments are MONTHS out and my appointments keep getting cancelled for "family emergencies." Now, two times in a row with two separate providers, my yearly physical (which was supposed to happen in December 2023) has been cancelled and I've had to reschedule months out from my original date. This is unacceptable for a primary care provider or any provider really."

"I have lost all respect for this clinic and association as a whole. I have been a patient with this hospital for 9 years. My daughter was born here. One of their receptionists, which is my boyfriends ex that just started working there 6 months ago accessed my personal medical information. She saw medications I am taking and saw that I had been chatting with my doctors instead of coming in and being seen. She told all of this to her son which he relayed back to me. I'm sure she is telling many others. She has a huge grudge against me and is abusing her position at the clinic to get my personal information. I reported it to their values line. They spent 24 hours investigating it and came back saying they did a thorough investigation and there is no evidence to support that claim. How did she access my information then? Accessing someone's medical information when you're not authorized to and for your own personal gain is a violation. And isn't speaking about someone's medical history a violation of HIPAA? This establishment has lost me as a patient and my children as well. Be careful."
