"WORST company to drive for,equipment felling apart,serious mechanicial issues not taking care of in a timly mammer,junk tires etc,if you get 1 run per week not 2 to az you sit 20 hours wait on a load and no pay ,sometjmes no loads for weeks,doesn't pay on time 2 weeks to a month behind,it's a 1099 position with the labor board complaint on file,I've talked to other past drivers who have said the same thing for the last 10 year's"

"I hadnt seen these negative reviews and am currently renting at this place with only good things to say! Recently I went to do some repairs and left a message that I was coming to get it, I guess to be polite. I picked it up with no problems. Everything was intact plus he is a straight to the point guy. Amazing price for storage. I returned it today to store it and he came and said hello. He seems like a decent guy. I havent seen any evidence that anything shady is going on. My RV was moved to this location btw because I had it stored at a nice storage facility and someone stole my catalytic converter. Everything was intact at this place. So a bit random and confusing to understand a bad experience here. The guy seemed like a straight shooter and this far has only proven to be one. Great prices too! Casino across the street... very nice."

"Renters beware!! Hello, I want to start by pointing out I never leave reviews. I am a business owner with 23 years exp in my trade and 10 years of which running my own operation. With my years of experience I have never seen a company or individual Marvin Donius take advantage of a situation that he himself has created. I do approve of leaving a review on a fellow business owner and feel I have the credentials to do so. It started 2 months into my rental. I rented a r/v spot and 2 storage containers. Before I rented from Marvin D I explained that I was semi retired and a bit cautious about leaving my previous storage facility of 6 years. I xhad a timeline of what I needed to do so I could enjoy a much needed vacation. Marvin assured me that all was well and pointed out other r/v on the property. This property is located in the middle of which I found out to be disputed rincon tribal land location 33777 valley center rd valley center. At the time I was unaware of the disputed land and history. But soon found out on a Sunday night with a full uhaul that my new storage rental was far from safe and secure. The entrance was blocked by concrete barriers. And this wasn’t the first time. This was that last thing I needed after a grueling move but had faith in the barriers being removed in a timely manner and trusted Marvin when he told me my property would be safe. It was late Sunday and I waited tell morning to contact Marvin. My confidence was soon shattered come morning when Marvin didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. He offered no solutions to the matter as I had a large uhaul on rental. I still stayed positive and thought Mr. D was a victim of unfortunate circumstances as I was but now later finding out he had full knowledge of the barricades timeline and even removed the notices rincon put on r/vs and surrounding areas. I can’t go into further detail at this time but please adhere to my warning. He uses a lien company that I have never received a call back from or have given me notice of a lien put on my property.
