"They tell you to check in online to make the process easier so you won’t have to wait long...The online kiosk informed me to check in 10-15 minutes before I had to be there and STILL had to wait an hour! An older lady at the desk treated me like I wasn’t even there. I’ve never had any issues with any other office staff."

"The one star is for the nice and helpful financial aid lady. The rest was horrendous. The healthcare service here is so damn disappointing. I'm so upset. I went to the Aurora urgent care walk in and finally got back there, the nurse takes all my info down to only tell me they can't diagnose any type of real issue. Nothing. My sister and I walked out. I'm not being charged for somebody to tell me to make an appt with a primary doctor when I came there looking for an immediate solution/help. She literally looked me in my face and said, "well, you look fine." Speaking about my appearance like ppl that "look fine" don't get diagnosed with awful diseases every other day and drop dead. Saying they don't do x rays or anything. What the hell do they do then? This is the reason people refrain from reaching out for help. Healthcare in this country is expensive. Then, when you finally decide to get help, you're told you "look fine." I hope I don't drop dead as I "look fine." What an analytical, medical thought. Amazing. What type of schooling does it take to be that insensitive and stupid?"

"Reserving online and going in is always super easy. Even when the waiting room is full of people you are at top of the list. Dr Samuel is fantastic! Very thorough. He even caught a contradiction (dangerous mix)of medications I was prescribed regularly, the last 3 years! I wish he could be my primary! All staff is fantastic. I’m a nurse and rather do this than wait at Dr office for a scheduled appointment. Fits my crazy hours and I do not have to take off work."
