"1) Tania M don’t reply customer email. 2) When you call customer services they have couple of them that are rude. 3) Drivers never call prior to delivery, the reason is if they dropped it without signature they don’t have to take care of any lost or damaged. 4) Summer time they bring my frozen pallet with non-refrigerated unit and my fishes were all went bad."
