"Terrible moving company Do not use them ! They were more than 3 hours late , took extremely long time to complete the move and my furniture was damaged. After calling and filing a claim I never heard from them again. I prefer to not write such negative comments as I believe in supporting small/local businesses. Please read the Yelp reviews and not the response - find another moving company."

"Taclog movers were incredible. Even though they had a vehicle hiccup and arrived later than they expected they had a great, positive attitude. They worked hard all day and were very courteous and respectful. They were very careful with each of our items (and boy did we have some heavy pieces). They communicated extremely well with each other and us and made moving as less stressful as possible. We truly appreciate their hard work and great attitude and look forward to working with them again in a week when we move my Mom!! Thanks so much!"

"Update: As of May 2023- they have notbreplaces damaged or missing items. Holding a mirror hostage demanding 900.00. I was charged 500.00 for boxes and beds that were never moved. Avoid this company at all costs. Price was comparable to a big moving company. The last thing I want to do is cost someone their livelihood... This company is not to be trusted. The owner Brandt Keller was supposed to come and confirm the size of the truck needed, never showed up, the movers came hours late with a truck which was way too small. They didn't finish packing until 1am and had to do a second truck the next day. We were not planning on another day in the house, even worse was The second truck didn't get loaded for another 2 days and finally delivered 4 days later missing many of my belongings. They have acknowledged having our items and are aware things went missing. It has been one month from the date we were to have been moved in. Brandt and his office will not return calls, emails or text messages. To make matters worse I work from home, they stepped on my computer monitor and broke it, kept the hardware to reassemble my desk, I asked them to ship me the hardware and I will.put it back together. this affected my ability to work, its the worst customer service. So disappointed with our efforts to work with a local company."

"After reading some of the reviews I called TacLog to get an estimate. The process was super easy and over the phone. They quoted me for 4 hrs, 3 guys. We ended up only needing 2 guys and 4.25 hrs. Mason and Cesar were my movers today. They were great! Super polite and courteous. Took great care in how my furniture was handled and wrapped all large pieces. This was my first time hiring a moving company and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!"
