"I was recommended to meet with Tony Matoska by my doctor after I hurt my back on Jan. 5th. I was unable to stand straight up, could not sleep because of the pain. I had a herniated disc between the L4-L5, which was putting pressure on my nerves to my right leg. Tony took the time to meet with me and had my first session with him the following week. We disgust my situation and he put together a schedule to get me back to normal. As of Feb. 9th I am pain free because of the time and care Tony had to rehabilitate me. I was able to avoid surgery, and continuing to follow his program which he designed for me.
