"Bob Hubbard and his family run a very unprofessional and disappointing horse transportation service. They cancelled my horse transport the morning of the trip despite me repeatedly telling them about my concerns over the trip having too tight of a time window. They never once apologized and instead yelled at me over the phone. I had considered several horse transportation carriers but had ultimately chosen them because they repeatedly assured me that they would be able to make the trip. They only care about packing as many horses as possible on their trucks and will give you any assurance to get your money. They were quick to charge my card even though they were planning on skipping my horse transport."

"Extremely unprofessional transportation company. I coordinated with them and arranged to have my horse transported from southern to northern CA for over a month. Even though I repeatedly expressed concern with the timing of the trip, I was reassured that they would be able to deliver my horse in a timely fashion. When the day arrived to pick up my horse, they canceled on me at the very last moment because they had not planned ahead for traffic, and made no attempt to correct their mistake. When I called to arrange a different time to have my horse transported, I was constantly cut off during our conversation and yelled at on the phone by not only the dispatch operator, but also by the current owner, Tom Hubbard. I politely asked that they make accommodations given the inconvenience and obvious mistake on their part, but these requests were met with further yelling and taunting saying "if you think it's so easy, you try operating a horse transport business." I am completely appalled that a company can operate like this and would discourage anyone from doing business with them. In all our conversations, never did they apologize once even after the fact. They have no consideration for the care and comfort of your horses and are preoccupied with making the most money possible rather than doing right by the horses and the customers."
