"This review is for a specific Dr. I have always been pleased with the staff at this location. Dr. Richard Basile. Avoid avoid avoid! Firstly, this Dr was assigned to me. I did not chose him! I came to see him with severe chronic Gi pain and was hoping as he is my personal Dr he would be willing to give me some pain meds and iv medicine to help me get through this chronic Gi flare up. He flat out refused to give me the care I currently need and wasn't even willing to speak to me like a human being or even reach out to my amazing in network psychiatrist or therapist to verify that this is what I need for my long term care plan. He also refused to refer me to a different Dr that might be able to help me better. Instead, he treated me like a nut case and pill seeking addict when all I was asking him is to truly join my long term care plan and confirm what I was saying with the rest of my team. He eventually literally got up and left the room. Not okay. Instead I now feel conventional western medicine has utterly failed me and I just have to work with my current team to find a new Dr."

"Horrible ! I will never go back. These so called women that are "Doctors" we're extremely rude , judgemental and gossiping about me because I was tired and just woke up when they called me in after waiting forever to be seen and I was sleeping on my Fiance's shoulder. Mind you I'm really sick, that is why I am there to be seen ! It was disgusting the way the 3 doctors & nurses all turned to stare at me with dirty looks. Talking about me ! Rudest thing I've ever experienced being sick at the doctors office. Really they should be looking in the mirror n should judge their selfs! I didn't catch their names but Margaret r Salinas was the doctor who seen me and she didn't help the situation either. Just sick. Women need to empower and help each other not act like that. Smh"

"GO TO ANY OTHER URGENT CARE!!! You will wait at least 2+ hours at urgent care if there’s just a few people in front of you. If you value your time and you would like to be treated in a timely, respectful manner, go anywhere else. I was also forced to walk outside the building and go around the entire property to enter a different set of doors in 30 degree weather instead of just being shown the way at Auroa."

"Arrived at the clinic at 8am on 4/16. Check in was painless and I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. Both Aaron and the 2 nurses who worked with me were pleasant and knowledgeable. Turned out I had build up ear wax. They took their time and made sure I was go to go before letting me leave. Thanks again"

"In regards to Aurora : I want to tell you that I have never had better care in my life! The staff listens and offers great suggestions to ensure optimal health. I've had doctors that are very "untuned" and I appreciate their care a great deal. When I talk or have a concern they always listen and have something to add by applying professional medical knowledge. I will always use Aurora, because of the care and professionalism they display. Aside from that the receptionist's and nurses are always friendly and helpful. I always get smiles and greetings from the staff, they've really made the New Berlin location a warm an inviting environment to visit for health care needs. Overall, I think that Aurora truly has developed a great business model! I don't ever want to be outside of their care after how well they have treated me. Honestly, I think that the staff needs to be recognized for their outstanding service to patients; they are hard working people! Thank You, Aurora!"
