"Every time I went to the office for scheduled appointments I had to wait over 3 hrs to be seen. I paid over $7000 to have liposuction done and the day I was supposed to have the procedure done, they cancelled because my blood pressure was high in the office, probably because I was anxious about the procedure. When I got home it was 120/80. They they never told me I would be on IV vasopressors during the procedure. I am a cardiac nurse and took my own blood pressure in the office to double check and the nurse who was with me was very rude and told me I should not be taking my own blood pressure. That is absurd, of course you can take your own blood pressure. Anyway, I had to start a new job working 12 hour shifts and would not be able to take time off again to recover from the procedure so here I am out over $1000 for the nonrefundable deposit with a lot of time wasted. The Milwaukee Sono Bello office is unprofessional, does a poor job preparing the patient for the procedure, and clearly does not care to respect your time or hard-earned money saved for this procedure. Very disappointing. I don’t know how you can trust a company to do a good job changing how you look when they can’t even treat you right during the work up."

"Dr Gourley is a very nice doctor. He listened to all of my concerns before my surgery and followed up with me after my surgery to see how I was doing. He was very friendly and informative while in the operating room and ensured I was comfortable during the surgery. The nursing staff was also very friendly. Everyone was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had!"
