"Horrible company, takes 5 hours to unload 10 pallets. Checked in at 12 got the door called to check at 2pm they claimed i just got here 10 minutes ago. 5:45pm they barely started unloading… unbelievable how these people work"
"Hauled a load for them with 6 stops to Chicago...... Took them 9 hours to load..... Got to the 1st stop an the cargo had shifted due to strap issue........they tried to blame the driver for not securing the load, refused to pay layover, rework fee, ect.......also, they deducted $45 from the rate sheet for "gap insurance".......they left the office for the day two days in a row at noon to avoid conversations about layover charges......Beware UPDATE.....they short paid the load and owe me $1815.......will be taking this one to court."
"Loaded all pallets SIDEWAYS even though they didn't even fill the entire trailer. My last pallet was stacked ON TOP of someone else's order. Not all businesses have loading docks or forklifts. Do better. 1 star customer service."
