"GREAT GREAT GREAT TRIP!!! I don't even know where to start! Captain Paul- THE BEST :) He was funny, SO KNOWLEDGE, kind, and very patient. The boat- comfortable, spacious, safe. The fishing- pretty darn good!!! We fished after some stormy days so the fish were a little confused and far apart from eachother, but Captain Paul still got us on some!! I would recommend this charter to anybody looking to go out on the big pond and have some fun! "Great experience with Captain John! Boat is clean, the location convenient to Superior and Duluth. The doc is behind the ship store , lots of parking available, wheel barrel carts to bring your cooler, bags, etc. Best of all we caught our limit in fish! Captain is very knowledgeable and knows where to find the fish. Captain filets you’re fish for easy transport home. Caught an 18lb original Lake Superior trout. We will be back next time we visit Duluth."

"First go for me with a charter service. Called optimum based off reviews on here, and now I see why they are rated as high as they are. Captain Rob and his go to guy Kyler did an awesome job, not only did we catch fish, that's always the goal, but we ended with multiple fish and multiple species and had an awesome morning being entertained by the both of them.
