"My husband was dispatched to load at a Alliance. The load he was picking up was going Texas. When he arrived there were three trucks in front of him. The owner greeted him and let him know how the loading process works and assured him he would have him loaded and on his way quickly. From the time of arrival to the time he was loaded and heading out it was less than one hour. The workers were helpful, professional and made the load process easy and made sure he didn’t lose any time off of his logbook with needless waiting."
