"Got here at their listed opening time 10am and no-one showed up. The cage was down, and people were waiting outside and in the dark lobby, but the entire place was closed. Waited about 30 minutes and still is not open. If your times have changed, make sure to update them or get people to open on time."

"Yikes!! Waiting in line I see the owner being super rude to a delivery person, customers ahead of me and employees all look miserable. The prices are also really expensive too. Beware!! Mountain gate Foothill location or Magnolia location way better/nicer."
"Nobody showed up for work. Got there at opening before work and not only was the cage down, but the lights were off and there wasn’t a single employee to be seen. Four other customers were already there and said they hadn’t seen anyone. I had to leave to get to work on time. Totally unprofessional."
