"I've used their mufflers before and it sounded good and fit well. I tried to purchase one again and received it after 3 months. I don't know what they sent but it's not for my bike. The worst thing is that they have ZERO customer service. They reply to exactly ZERO emails. I've called a million times and no one answers and you can't leave a message. I'll let the CC company know I never received my exhaust and hopefully I'll get my $1,300 back. I don't know what these guys are doing but they've definitely got their heads up their a$$es and should leave the crack pipe at home."

"I purchased a re-pack kit for my nearly new S1R muffler. It contained the wrong size rivets and an undersized drill bit (which broke off inside my muffler). I ended up with a motorcycle out of commission. When I called for customer service, I got worn out Guns and Roses samples (I'll be sure to let ASCAP know) and was routed to a mailbox which is full. I want my $650 back for your cheaply made exhaust!"

"Bought the 2 into 1 comp s for my Dyna street bob. Initial muffler had a weird chirp noise for some odd reason. Spoke with Danny via email whom was beyond concerned and helpful and determined to figure out a solution. I've never been so happy with customer service with any product in the past. Quick email responses every time. Gave me some advice to try to remedy the issue and when a fix couldn't be found, a brand new replacement muffler was sent out. My experience with this company is A++. I cant figure out if i like the way it looks, or the way it sounds better, a perfect indecision if you ask me. Can't recommend these guys enough.
