"I spoke with them on the phone last night. They said to come down to the store. I did so the very next morning AT 11:15am! CLOSED UP TIGHT!! NO NOTICE except a little paper sign taped on the door!!! Not answering their phones either!!!! The guard at the door said they had A MEETING. Was there some emergency? ABSOLUTELY NONE! JUST TOTALLY TYPICAL of how the management of the City of Santa Monica treats it's residents & customers -- the people who pay their wages: They could care less!!"
"This place is open Monday and Wednesday mornings and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. It's closed the rest of the week. Even when it's open somebody has to let you in because the door is locked. Once you get in there's usually a weight for 4 or 5 people ahead of you to be served. Once you get served the service is outstandingly good. The staff goes all the way to provide everything you need."
"Very pleasant staff. Luz is outstanding Customer Service Agent. She explained all information clearly, directed me to the appropriate services and application to complete. Very efficient and courteous."
"The store is clean and the staff are professional. They limit the amount of people in the store, because of the pandemic. Even though the hours of operation are limited, this is a great way to add money to your TAP card if you do not feel comfortable doing it at the train station."
