Especially the ones who run the China Cargo warehouse they're corrupt and attend those who take them lunch or money to help them faster and that's why they have other people waiting for more than 12 hours just to drop or pick up a load."
"One of the worst cargo facilities I've had the misfortune to deal with in a lifetime of work in transportation. I'm surprised they haven't been sued into bankruptcy at this point. They require appointment for pickup but don't pick up the phones or respond to emails, then they charge you storage fees when free time is over. If you're thinking of using them think again."
"Either they are understaffed or incompetent or their process is so inefficient. On Aug 31 I went to clear and pick up my cargo from this location. Arrived at 1.30pm and didn’t leave with my cargo until almost 5 hours later! Whenever you ask them for update they say they are busy and just to wait until we are called. The first time I went it took over 2 hours so it seems to be getting worse! Pathetic service...avoid using them if you can unless you have all the time in the world to sit and wait outside their office. But if they are the handling agent for the airline you used to bring in your cargo you’re outta luck!"
