"For nearly two years and during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Synergy provided care and supervision to our parents nearly every day and twice a day. That is challenging staffing and commitment! Our dad had fallen and broke his hip. After a THA and lengthy rehab stay, it was important to get him back to the apartment where he could be reunited with our mom who had begun to demonstrate rapid cognitive decline.
