"I've seen a few specialists and the lab at this location. Staff in all Aurora locations have always been courteous, professional and informative. I've never been kept waiting. Like any medical clinic these days, one needs to be prompt if you want to be seen. Some of these negative reviews that were posted during the pandemic are not fair. Medical pros were doing 16 hour shifts, medications and supplies were difficult to get delivered. Walgreens still is often out stock on meds nationwide. Don't blame the doctor for Walgreen's management problems."

"Visited the urgent care and was seen quickly. Was prescribed a medication that could not be filled by my pharmacy and that is when the process completely broke down. I was told the aurora system was down (for multiple days) and they could not re-issue the medication to a new pharmacy location. The staff and doctor were incredibly unhelpful and had zero compassion for my need to take the medication even though they prescribed the medication the day prior. I will be looking for a new network for urgent care services moving forward."

"My wife and I moved out to Mukwonago at the end of last year. With that, we needed to switch our local PCP. I chose Dr. Gentile and have met with him several times. He thoroughly reviewed my past/current health and Rx situation and questioned my previous doctor's actions. He also listened to my questions and concerns with my history. Needless to say, we have removed the waste and have a system that works for me. I greatly appreciate what he has done for me thus far. It concerns me to see negative reviews for him and this Aurora location: I have experienced nothing but professional and welcoming employees there."

"If I could give less than one star i would. I was going to be a new patient at this clinic, as my insurance had changed and no longer covered my doctors. I have a history of migraine issues and was told i had to start with a primary doctor. I originally had an appointment set up with Dr Gentile. This was canceled because he didn't want to come in at the start of Covid and no option to reschedule or do a virtual visit was offered. I was told to go to urgent care to be seen for help. While in urgent care the nurse could not take a blood pressure to save anyone's life. After 4 attempts manually she got a machine, which gave a reading I've never seen in my life. Dr Tanel eventually came in and I feel was extremely unprofessional! She told me she was just going to give me a steroid and send me on my way (this was without talking to me at all) but because the reading for my BP was so high I needed to go to the ER. I was sent to ProHealth ER where my BP was not anywhere near the reading Aurora claimed it was, on the first try. When I brought this up to be looked into, she lied and claimed she told me other things. My father was with me and even said she never said those things. I will not be returning to any of their clinics and do not suggest for anyone who wants quality care, doctors who listen to their patients and want to help, or nurses who can properly do their jobs."

"My wife and I have Dr. Gentile as a primary doctor. He, along with his entire staff has been very professional and pleasant. The office itself is very clean and I've never seen it busy, but some of that may be due to the fact that they send you right away to the exam rooms instead of having you wait in the lobby. Their phlebotomists are very good too and my labs (blood draws) have been very quick and about as painless as they can be."
