"When I moved back to WI in 2017 this is where I started going. Dr. Golden was my doctor. Absolutely saddened when she decided to specialize at the end of 2022. I have had two NP's since then. The first one disappeared after 5 months. Don't know why. I liked her. I am now on the second one and things are going good so far. She listens to what you are saying, which is very important. I have had medical professionals that have themselves up on a pedastal and do not take what the patient has to say as seriously as they should. The patients are the ones that know their body, and certain things that are happening with them. At this point, very satisfied with Holly Wallace. I don't plan on going anywhere else in the near future."

"Pathetic experience overall. Staff was rude when setting up a yearly checkup. Was told we had to pay $20 for the doctor to sign an athletic waiver, even though we had a checkup within the same year. They claim it's in the patient agreement you sign, however even if that's true, no other doctor I have been to had ever charged for this. Go here at your own risk.."

"I’ve been with this office my entire life, their staff are constantly in and out the door and it’s obvious there’s a reason for it. I sat on the phone for my Telehealth visit for almost an hour waiting for the NP to join the call, just for the front desk to tell me I missed my appointment and they’ve been trying to reach me multiple times. I got one single text from them 30 minutes past my appointment, and they told me I was lying. Don’t waste your time here I am done."
