"I like the banner and the ease of use on the website. However, their customer service is lacking. I ordered the banner at night and the next morning received a code for free shipping from our league. They would not budge in waiving the shipping fee due to it being printed (not sure what this has to do about waiving a fee). I do not like to work with companies that cannot be flexible, especially just a few hours after the order was placed. I felt bad passing this fee on to the parents when they knew there was a free shipping code given to me."

This year though, I became a forever customer when I realized there was a tiny formatting issue that I didn't notice when I submitted the order.
