"Worst shipping service in the country. All Customer Service (that's a laugh) is outsourced and they continually push out local deliveries. It takes over 30 minutes to reach a human being on the phone, their "chat" window is a joke and even when they do manage to call you back, they never offer to give you a direct line for callback because they actually might have to do some actual work. I ordered a horse blanket from Riding Warehouse that I could have picked up the next day, and I have been waiting over a week after 6 reschedules and still no order delivered. I now know more about this company than the CEO. They hang up on you and do NOT get your issue resolved.......ever!"

"If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a package that said it would come a certain day, a WEEK later, after checking the tracking it said “delivery rescheduled” “no delivery attempted” everyday for a week, my husband went into the store where he waited for the delivery driver to get back because they told him the package was on the truck, when the driver got back to the shop, they then told my husband it had been sent to SANTA MARIA, it was a birthday gift which is now late, and after my husband leaving empty handed we now have to go back tomorrow and hope they have it. Absolute TRASH shipping company. They wouldn’t deliver it because we have a gate. (It opens with a button and no code)"

"If there were a zero star option, I would choose that. They do not deserve a single star. Package was supposed to arrive on Tuesday because "overnight" and it's still not here (Friday.) Every morning at 3 AM it says it "arrived at final delivery center" Tracking says they attempted delivery last night in Adelaide, I live in Santa Margarita (33 mile difference) No one attempted to deliver anything. The company I ordered from says it can take 7 business days to resolve the issue with them... TEN DAYS TOTAL and it's already 3 days late. Unbelievable. I thought OnTrac was the worst delivery service but at least they get my packages here one out of ten times. Ridiculous. Supposedly "attempted delivery" at 7:05 PM, and conveniently their customer service line closes at 7 PM. If you can avoid it, don't use them. Make sure who you order from doesn't use them before placing the order."
