"Tractor number 465 pulling an empty trailer on 99 south going through Manteca was absolutely driving dangerously. Not to forget about Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Complete bullying behavior. I witnessed the driver tailgate every car in front of the truck. Flashing the brights. The driver honked at me to move or to slow down so he could get in front me. Then flipped me off when I did not comply. Why should I give up my sat following distance for any driver just so they can be dangerous in front of me? I had no where to move on either side. A break came for me to move to the number one lane luckily, because the car in front of me was keeping a following distance below 55mph. I saw your driver already there trying to pass me in the number one lane! He then moved back to middle lane and rode that little cars bumper all the while flashing the brights. All this was happening in rain and spray, very dangerous conditions. Warnings everywhere and ups driver was acting like a nascar driver on steroids and road rage. Sad to say he odd not the only truck driver out there behaving like this."
