"BrandRep called my business partner and I twice to try and sell us on their company. At first I did not want to listen because we were already using Yelp and our own marketing platforms then Jose in the sales department of BrandRep had let us know that we could do way more with their platform, he was very attentive. That our main concerns in regards to spending money ( lack of communication, a marketing team that paid attention and wanted to work with small businesses ). Jose had profusely reiterated to us that he would not be like that, Jose and Jesus would be on our account and here to listen. Fast forward to us spending the $800 for a 4 month contract. Not once have they tried to call us, we have emails and emails of no response, calls with no response. Messages where they “tried “ to reach out to us yet all our companies are ran through our phones and some how the only people that can’t call our phones are BrandRep. If you want a marketing company to take your money and lack communication then BrandRep is the way to go for that."

"Worse company ever!! Small businesses beware. I started with this company back in 2020 and every year they got worse. I paid them every month and they gave me the worse website I have ever seen. I cancel them at the end of January this year and they billed me for a month that I did not use them for, these people say they do alot but they really just take your money and don't do anything. Also their business hours suck and they rarely return calls. I would give zero stars of I could."

"I had paid money to have them move my Google listing to rank in the top 3 at least and it never happened. I quit using them, and to this day. They're still trying to pull out payment from my card. Which I have the ability to decline it. But I've quit using them for about 5 months now, and they're still trying to get payment. And nothing has been done in fact, my Google listing went further in lower ranking And I have bad reviews that I can't figure out where they've come from. They're not even customers, but I've read other reviews about them with people having the same issue? So I'm not sure if they're adding bad reviews. Because I refuse to work with them any further. But this company you want to keep an Eye out for."
