"Worst Company I've ever dealt with in my life, they call me after a year of having the car in my possession to say I have a late payment. I called to enqire about this confusion because my checks have been sent on on 1st or 2nd of every month and have been cashed 8 to 10 days before the due date. They told me $4000.00 was added to my debit, and my car payment has doubled. They tell me my insurance company needs to add them on the declaration page to which I complied Thank God for AAA INSURANCE a few days later they said I need to show proof of coverage for the previous year to which I complied again, Thank God for AAA INSURANCE for providing the needed documentation in a timely manner. The issue is still unresolved. I have bought several cars over the year and never had to deal with such shaninagans. I never got mail, never got emal, and only got a phone call to tell me the payment is late. I had to get my license plate from the AAA branch. They claimed they mail and email me, but I have informed delivery from the USPS. I see the mail before it gets delivered and got a total of 2 phone calls telling me payment is late and nothing about insurance. Avoid these people if you can. I am looking into taking legal action against them for what I consider shady business practices if they do not resolve this issue asap. They have wasted much of my time working to resolve this. Avoid this company or consider them at your own risk."

"Stay away from TCU. I've been with them 15 years for both personal and business. Fed up and now moving accounts. Here's why -- they were never able to get ACH working after years (they admitted they don't know why). Significantly higher interest rates than competitors on auto & home loans. App doesn't work 30% of the time when making remote online deposits (so frustrating). Employees don't take accountability. Often the website is down showing some "Microsoft Server Error". They don't answer their phones -- ever! Can't display member monthly statements online using Chrome or Explorer browser (you must use Firefox). ATM didn't dispense $400 w/draw at partner bank last month, TCU, still has yet to acknowledge the error, even after going into branch to report it to the manager directly (we tried calling, but remember, they don't ever answer their phones); now we're forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency b/c that's our only recourse it appears. You would be better off stashing your cash in a shoebox under your bed."

"1 star for the inability to get through to them for on line acct reset. Acct was locked for some reason. Tried for 4 consecutive days. No one returns my phone calls. After trying to get through to the posted 1-800 number, and calling every branch in N Ca only to never reach anyone, my home closing was delayed. I was unable to retrieve my funds. I am out of state so I was unable to walk into a branch. Needs to be fixed. 5 Stars though for my past in person experience."

"I received great service today. I went in with my son... he referred me to Travis Credit Union. We met with Monica... She was very kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. She got my accounts setup, got me setup on the app. She even gave the kids something to do while we conducted our business.. Everything I needed was taken care of. I look forward to a great relationship with Travis!"
