"Worst delivery service ever. Ordered a grill from tractor supply, paid 80.00 extra for delivery and it turned into a circus show. First delivery attempt drivers showed up in a 53 ft truck to deliver an outdoor grill. They got stuck on our road and after our neighbor offered to help bring the item in for them they discovered it wasn’t even on the truck. They lied to us saying it needed a signature and that why they didn’t leave it. Then they lied to their company saying they couldn’t drive the truck in and they took out someone’s fence trying to get in. Again, a lie. Second delivery attempt, waited home all day only to have the driver call and ask us could we meet him at a gas station 23 miles away so he didn’t have to drive the country rd to deliver. We told him no and that’s not what we paid 80.00 for he ended up never coming at all. After speaking with a poor customer service rep she said to call back today and special with a manger who was rude and short with me and laid a guilt trip on me by saying we’ll get it there today even if we have to drive a personal Vehicle. Again, I thought my 80.00 was paying for this. This company is sourced out from tractor supply! Tractor supply doesn’t exactly have many customers that live in the city I imagine. I am very frustrated and have never once heard an apology from anyone just excuses and trying to make us the bad guy."

"No call was made to us to informed us of our delivery. The driver called me once he was gone from my house and I was at work. Driver refused to deliver 2 pallets (3,265 lbs) of flooring purchased from Costco to our house. We have purchased other big items from Costco and other delivery companies have never had any issues getting to our property. We had to unload 100 cases of flooring one by one to our vehicle and drive it up to our home. It’s really unacceptable customer service and perhaps driver training is needed."

"I can not comment on the quality, value or professionalism of this company. My family purchased a washer and dryer through COSTCO to be delivered and installed on July 20, 2020. We were given a window from 1pm to 5pm for them to be delivered and installed. They did not contact us ahead of time and delivered them to our back yard at 1 pm and did not install. We pleaded for them to come back and install and they said that we would be added to the queue and they would come back. On Friday the 24th, we were told that they would come Tuesday the 28th. Finally on Monday after several calls they told us they would install them between 1pm to 5pm. It is now 9 pm and still no installation. After being on a call with an overseas customer service representative who would not give me any information on who to contact, he expressed he was sorry and we could expect someone in 24 to 48 hours. My family has two small children and due to our jobs we are restricted to going to public laundromats. This has greatly impacted our ability to keep our family safe from the COVID-19 Virus and XPO Logistics representatives just shrugged."
