"I was being selected and hired under my availability. I wasted time doing all the tests and interviews required and before started the shadowing, they forced me to decline because they no more wanted me in my availability that was ready on my file. Unprofessional people, one of the HR Anna Morrell who forced me to decline because she misunderstood my availability time. This matter may be get into CA work commission because I felt they violate my rights as hired personnel."

"Yesterday I had yet another terrible experience because paratransit drivers relied on their Google or other GPS service. When they put in Bay Club at 3250 central expressway. Drivers tell me there are 3 routes. Many times they end up on Kifer road. Bay Club has NO entrance on Kifer rd. Only on central expressway. Yesterday I waited from 1245 to 2pm to get a ride. Twice they claimed me as a no show but they NEVER came to central expressway. I had to keep calling dispatch and it wasn't until I agreed to the 16 same day fee that they took down directions and gave to driver. I didn't get home till 230. As a 69 yr old disabled senior I deserve better! Please get into a bus and see the 3 routes. Then program it Se"
