"I had very unpleasant experience at this branch, which started from the moment I stepped into the teller's window. As soon as I approached the teller, she didn't greet me in a way to make me feel welcomed or appreciated. During my transaction I asked a question for which she didn't know the answer, a good customer service would be to get that answer from someone else but she didn't take that initiative until I told her who can get the answer for me. So she started to type and got the answer and provided it in a very dry, bothered manner. *** The only positive here was the friendly security guard. He should be inside and replace this unpleasant teller ***"

"Unfortunately quite useless. Went in to do shared branching to be informed they don’t do that. Interesting considering they are listed as a co-op location. Perhaps they should give some effort into changing that designation. Without shared branching they are literally just another stand alone bank, and that is quite useless."
