"We walked in and there was 1 floor staff, 1 receptionist and 1 customer looking at glasses. The employees never made eye contact with us, they never even said Hi. Another staff came out from the back, looked around and then walked back to wherever she came from. What a horrible first impression. We browsed for a couple minutes and walked out. Nothing, silence. Lol I can't even be mad, perhaps they don't emphasize on customer service or simply greeting customers. First and last time thats for sure"
