"This is late in coming but don't hesitate to partner with Alliance Mortgage Lending. I asked a friend who is in real estate lending (on the wholesale side) for a referral because I was a first time home buyer and scared out of my wits to be making such a huge commitment. They said this was the only company they would personally use.
