"Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for many years. They have all my current information on file and ask a bunch of questions they already have the information for. I reiterate nothing has changed. I was told I would recieve a call back three times today and they didn’t call me back."

"If I could leave no stars I would these people They are scam artists as they will give you the highest interest rate they have .if you're not educated on how interest rates work and loans work they will take advantage of you. Please visit your bigger banks before you make the same mistake I did. They can explain to you what is the best option compared to your credit. Your interest rate should not be higher than 20% especially if this isn't your first loan.Lendmark thank you for making me realize you guys are not here for your customers but just money grabbers. Will never ever use this company again."

"Make sure you ask what documentation they need before you proceed with getting a loan or even skipping a payment. They will run your credit and say you’re approved and ask for a bunch of documentation. I’ve been going to them for years and have been on automatic payments and never missed a single one. I was approved to simply skip a payment for the month of April and they wanted me to bring in all of my documentation as if I were getting a whole new loan. The reason for the skip was because we had just moved. All of my stuff is in boxes. They wouldn’t let me skip a payment without providing everything although they had all of my stuff on file. I wasn’t about to dig through several boxes stacked in my garage looking for all the stuff they asked for just to skip a payment when I’ve been an on-time client for the last 4 years. I’ll never work with them again."
