"If you want to feel like the problem, come here. Lady embarrassed me because there were two packing slips in the box when the items were the exact same. She charged me for an extra mailer when the items are going to the exact same place, the return was just separated, the order came in the same box. She will do this because she’s bored at her job and wants to fight and embarrass customers. I know this because the last time I gave them the same box with multiple packing slips, they took it and said “have a good day” because they realized it was a commodity. Meanwhile the lady at the front just throws her hands up when she sees the packing slips and starts violently and unprofessional whining into my face and starts dragging on the conversation for a couple minutes. She doesn’t want to be there and wants you to feel the same for even wanting service. Once again, if you want to feel like you’re the problem, come here."
"Felt unwelcome when entering. The employee who took my returns never asked how he could help. Instead just pulled out his scanner and scanned away, nor did they allow me to confirm much of anything before banging and tagging the items. The employee never confirmed if the transaction was finished or what to expect next or even directly address me at any point of the transaction. Instead just called for the next person. Sure he may be in their groove or what not, but in this case I’m not so sure that they were either effective or efficient since I am pretty sure the employee tagged the two items with the wrong labels."
