"This review is for Steven Ramirez. He is very dismissive and not helpful at all. I asked him several times for my credit report and all he would do is provide me with Experian's information. He didn't even have the guts to respond to my last email when I asked him why he was not sending it to me. Stay away from Downey Federal Credit Union, their rates are ridiculously high and they don't care about potential customers. This place is a joke and I will never do business with them."

"I applied for a car loan, but the loan process is a joke. Their employees don’t know the bank products and lack information. Due to the lack on information they mislead customers will false information. When you ask them the reason why a loan was denied, they just make things up which are false . I heard good things about the bank , but I will be closing my account, along with my family members. The bank wants you to accept a NO you didn’t qualify with no explanation!! Hopefully the bank educates their employees to provide a better experience to their clients … I feel bad because we have one of the worst banks in our communities . I spoke with Adriana in the “loan department,” which was clueless of the information she was giving me"
