"Review specifically of the San Carlos station not Caltrain in general. San Carlos is serviced by some Limited trains, so if the station you need to get to links up, it can be a fast trip. But for the Limited trains that do not stop at San Carlos, they blow through the station SO FAST that simply behind the yellow line feels dangerous. The platform is elevated from the road so there's not a lot of room to stay clear. It makes me rather uncomfortable, but I guess that's the point of the Limited trains."

"First time riders. Took a trip to SF for a Giants game. Drove to Belmont for dinner and caught the train there. Wait was short. Station was clean. Train was clean. Stop alerts were cool, but the sound system was a bit distorted, making it difficult to understand the conductor. SF location was also very clean and easy to maneuver. The staff there were polite and helpful in pointing us to the correct train home."
