"Edit we got a quick response and someone upper in the bank called and they apologized and tried to make things right. My father passed away and I'm trying to close his accounts with my sisters. Due to their wait times and incorrect information told to me by the bank officer I had to run back and forth from a notary so I've wasted hours and money."
"This has been by far the worst experience with a financial service institution. Not necessarily this particular branch, but the company as a whole. I spent a week calling this company trying to make a payment. Every time I called, several times a day, they were always busy. Their recording said to leave a message and someone would return my call, no one did. After week, I decided to send a payment through my bank, but they don't accept electronics payments. They didn't receive my payment, and repossessed my car. I had to go through hell and back with this people. Stay away from this people. Unethical business practices."
