"Wow, what an experience today! I had reached out to a dozen companies, only to be more confused - some couldn't do all day, others charged for this and that, and more. What would my final cost be?? Saw this listing, called Yang on Monday and he was quick to confirm the date/time for Friday, letting me know he could only offer the smaller 20' truck and they have one flat rate plus a truck fee, everything else is included (boxes, wrap, packing material, etc). I was skeptical since our move was complicated - We were moving from our house to a new house, then our parents were going to move from their house, split between our new house and old house. (5 total locations). They arrived on time and got to work, everything I told them, they said no problem/sure, with a positive attitude. They took very good care of everything, packed everything carefully with their material, blankets and wrap as needed. Incredibly, we were on the road to destination 2 within 2 hours. There they unpacked all boxes, moved them to the proper locations all under 45 min, and we were on to destination 3. At destination 3, we had to pack the entire 4 bedroom house, disassemble two bedroom sets, an extra heavy massage chair, an entire kitchen and two closets. What seemed complicated to us seemed easy and smooth to them. Their attitude by all 3 members continued to be so pleasant and positive, and they were able to do everything effectively and efficiently. The tricky part was that some of this was going back to destination 2 while the rest would go back to the original stop. I only had to tell them once and they were very clear. My mom even had many last minute things for them to pack/carry which they had no issues with. After, we went back to destination 2 and set up the bed and office sets. Yang even suggested added a few screws to make the bed set stronger, and their team was helpful putting sliders and blankets to protect the floor. Last stop (back to where we started), unloading over 100 boxes, massage chair and clothing back to the first house. There was a lot to do, 4 landing spots, and they just continued to work and hustle. Oh, and forgot to mention, two of the 3 homes had major stairs (no problem!). We couldn't have been happier, moving is never fun but they made it very pleasant! Often times we change our minds on what to pack (we gave them more), and where to place boxes - and their attitude never waivered making us feel so good. Truly made our day and moving experience wonderful. Now comes the dreadful unpacking. Thank you Yang and team, we will definitely use you for any move, big or small, in the future!"
