"Do not go here!! Complete scammer. Tries to not accept packages with labels so he can charge you, then tried to charge you to ‘re-pack, charges $15 to notarize a document (standard is $10 and may even be max by law) then he tries to charge you a fee for every page of the document . Stay away"

"I had to get a live scan for my credential program. I brought the wrong paperwork, but the person at PostalAnnex+ who helped me was so nice and understanding. He quickly pulled up the right stuff on his computer and printed it for me, and helped me with everything I needed to do. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. If you need any services, I highly suggest this place. The people are genuinely so helpful !!"

"First visit was to get passport photos taken- walked in (they were not busy at this time) & was out in about 5 minutes. No appointment was made/needed. Second visit was to get a refund. The USPS agent did not accept them and I had to retake/repay at time of my passport appointment. USPS gave me a stamped/signed document to confirm they did not accept the photos. I returned with my receipt, photos, and the USPS photo (all places give you two) for comparison and was refunded without any issues. USPS could be easily declining photo so they can charge for photo themselves. I was impressed with the no hassle refund. They have a lot of very creative and unique gift giving nick-nacks & packages. Staff is very professional and respectful."

"I have been a customer here since 2012, and just in the past few years did the owners change. I ha e to say that over 9 years this place has given me great customer service. The staff is great and friendly. You can have a lot done here. The prices are better than the UPS store. You can get your passport photo done, notary, mail off through every carrier, get copies, do a fax and all while having a drink from there refrigerator. If you or your business needs a mailbox come to this postal annex and tell them Jeremy from Box 445 sent you."
