"I didn't know they closed at 5p and arrived at 4:55pm. There was a line out the door. But the 3 staff members were keeping their cool and helping each customer. There must have been 10 of us. They stayed open until they assisted everyone. Great customer service."

Anytime you call it just rings and rings until it goes to voice mail and you have to leave a message which would be fine if they EVER returned your message! And when you just go in personally to get your questions answered, they are just standing around complaining about how busy they are. What a joke. They absolutely need new management."

"They’re pretty good with customer service but this blond lady was rude. She acted as the place was busy when it wasn’t, and she placed the return label however she wanted it, making it obvious that she didn’t care about my package or me. She called next right after. She only scanned my barcode folded the bag randomly without looking when the package was opened. I don’t even think it sealed. I hope the package arrives fine to the destination. She definitely wanted to make me feel she didn’t care. Please, hire people who cares about their job. Not just someone who goes for money."
