"The women working here are very unprofessional. I was not greeted and when I did get help, Erin was very rude and I felt rushed. There were no other customers. The red headed lady seems miserable. She didn’t say she’ll be right with me or anything, she just said “she’s in the middle of something”. They need to work on customer service skills and dressing professional to work. I will not be returning to this location."

"I walked into this shop for the first and last time yesterday to mail a small package. There were no other customers in the store the entire time I was being helped (or rather yelled at). The blond woman became instantly agitated with the address I gave her for my package. When I explained that it was the address I was given, she began to yell saying it was wrong. So I called my friend to clarify. I put her on speaker so she could speak to the blond woman herself. Well then my friend started getting yelled at! It was such a crazy experience that I didn’t even have the opportunity to be angry. I was just completely stunned! I definitely don’t recommend this place because you’ll never know what kind of mood they’re in."
