"I have had issues receiving my visa replacement card from you guys. I only bank with sbcu and I had to open a chase account because I started running into issues paying things that were on debit autopay on that card like my western union transfers. I have yet to receive my replacement card since my old one was deactivated in sept 18. According to them I should have had a replacement since the 18th and nothing yet maybe next month. Absolutely ridiculous."
