The staff are always very friendly and it really feels like a neighborhood store. I also ship documents out from this store from time to time and the shipping service has also been very good. "Do not go here! They are extremely rude to customers. They will take people who come in after you and push you aside if they don’t want to handle your package. They will roll their eyes and get angry if you have more than one package. They charge $7 more than the post office to send out the same package which is higher than any other place around. They don’t read the packages properly. Horrible service. We will never go back there. The lady behind us actually cried at their behavior towards her and her one package. Come on do better. BBB has been contacted."
