I have multiple accounts with AltaOne and the staff has always went above and beyond to meet my needs. I’d like to especially thank Daniela for her exceptional customer service. Not only was she prompt with her responses, kind and courteous, she also wrote me a hand written card thanking me for my business. These gestures do not go unnoticed and experiences like these are why I choose to stay."

"Interesting experience. No tellers. You walk into a booth which is the same as the drive through with the container. The teller is on screen and you privately conduct your business. The one person in that whole building was super friendly and available for any help. I know that Los Angeles is the bank robbery capitol of the world so I would not be surprised if Bakersfield 90 minutes north would have problems. At first I thought here we go again, the lack of personal experience in business transaction. A Salt Lake City new McDonald's does not have an order counter. It is all digital. But then at the bank I feel safe and secure. I like it at the bank. I did NOT like it at McDonald's."
