"Unless you’re okay with Letty Marquez filing your taxes 3 years late DO NOT trust her. When filing our taxes this year our new tax assessor informed us that our 2017 taxes were never filed and when contacting Letty she said it slipped her mind. Um that’s a big mind slip. While she refunded us for the services charged she is refusing to pay us the late fee of almost 200 because she insists the amount she gave us would cover it. I guess she doesn’t understand that reimbursing us for the services and reimbursing us for the late fee are two different things. We’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks now and I’ve called multiple times and she refuses to call back and just sits behind a key board emailing me every couple days. Apparently you can’t communicate with stupidity. Once again - run the other way. Ps why doesn’t Google have 0 stars to give?"
