Mail Boxes Galore is a longstanding institution located in Torrance, California, offering a variety of services to the community. Founded over 20 years ago, we are now under new ownership as of April 10, 2017. Our goal is to provide a friendly and safe environment for our customers, focusing on outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Whether you need a mailbox, packaging services, or shipping assistance, we are here to help. We are grateful for our loyal customers who have been with us from the beginning, as well as our new customers who have joined our family. "First of all, I want to say I highly suspect that most of the good reviews of this place are phony. Think about it, why would people rant and rave about what a good experience they had at a mailbox place? You walk in, get what you need and go. It isn't like a favorite restaurant or a place where you would spend any time. Look around Google and see how many small business of this kind have so many reviews, especially positive ones. They sell supplies, ship packages, and rent mailboxes. What did they do to get such great reviews? Hand an envelope to someone in a special way? Dance around when they handed mailbox keys to someone? Secondly, the majority of the good reviews were written after the company was sold from the person who established it and made it successful. I split my time between Torrance and Cincinnati. I used to have a mailbox here. When they were taken over by the new owners, they went right downhill. Service was often slow and sometimes the place was not open in time. I barely knew the old owner. However, things always went smoothly until the new couple came along. It is almost like they bought a successful business that they didn't know how to run and got a bunch of their buddies and ex coworkers to write them good reviews."

"From Notary to Live Scan... This is a great neighborhood one stop shop. Great prices great staff. I didn't know I was a regular until they started greeting me by my first name :) Its become one of those "Sometimes you wanna go.... Where everybody knows your name" spots. Now I just have to get my passport done, I wonder if they do that? probably :) thanks guys for being A1 in customer support that's so important these days :)"
